Founded in 1991, our firm has grown organically to meet our clients’ needs in a rapidly evolving industry. We provide a wide range of consulting services in Healthcare IT, Revenue Cycle, Project Leadership, Process Optimization, Strategy & Advisory, and Interim Leadership. Tom LaPlant built the firm’s early success on his 10 years of healthcare consulting experience at Andersen Consulting/Arthur Andersen & Co. He brought together a small cadre of healthcare consultants who quickly became known for their ability to solve problems and deliver bottom-line results in large, complex revenue cycle and reimbursement recovery projects. Today, our deep and detailed knowledge of revenue cycle and hospital information systems continues to distinguish our firm and the results we deliver—whether we’re improving a revenue cycle, implementing an organization-wide IT system, or making a process more efficient and effective. We’re proactive on behalf of our clients, finding innovative ways to share our best practices and thought leadership. We work closely with many clients to help plan and deliver on their short- and long-term strategic initiatives. In response to client demand, we provide project leadership and interim leadership at the departmental and C-suite levels of client organizations.
